STRAWBERRY HEAVEN!

oh yes it was, Strawberry Heaven!

This was such a treat! I was asked to bring a "dessert" to our Mother's Day dinner and FHE (Family Home Evening) ... I wasn't sure what to bring, but here she is in all her glory! It was a wonderful dessert, I kid you not, it was gone in less than 5 minutes!

Recipe for:

STRAWBERRY HEAVEN

• 6 c. Shirley J Sugar Cookie Mix
• 11/2 c. Sugar
• 2 Whole Eggs
• 2 Tbsp. Water
  

1. Mix for 1 minute on medium speed (that was hard!)
   
2. Spread cookie mixture onto greased jelly roll pan
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375. I covered mine with foil about half way through.
   
4. Let cool completely!
5. Spread with Marshmallow Whipped Cream
6. Cover with Sliced Strawberries!
   

Now for the fabulous topping! This one rocked!

Marshmallow Whipped Cream

• 1 pt. marshmallow cream
• 1/4 c. butter
• 1 pt. whipping cream
• 1 tsp. vanilla

1. Whip the cream
   
2. Add in Vanilla
3. Blend the butter into the marshmallow cream
4. Fold into Whipped Cream
