Ooh, la, la! Chicken Gary for Dinner, mmmm...

Tonight for dinner, we are having a family favorite- Chicken Gary! I will post pictures soon, I just couldn't WAIT to share this delicious recipe with everyone!

CHICKEN GARY

  • 6 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cube butter
  • 2 c. prepared Universal Cream Sauce (Shirley J)
  • Parmesan Cheese (dry or fresh)
  • Dried Onion Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Flour
*Coat each piece of chicken in flour and place in a 9x13 pan. Melt butter and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with dried onion, salt and pepper, to taste. Pour Universal Sauce over the chicken and sprinkle liberally with parmesan cheese.

*Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover with tin foil and then turn down to 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

*Serve over Rice or Mashed Potatoes.
*Sides: Steamed Broccoli or Peas.
