Let's get started...
Rustic Penne Pasta
- 1 cup Shirley J's Cream Soup Base
- 3 cups water
- 1 Quart Stewed Tomatoes, with water
- 1 Quart Stewed Tomatoes, drained
- 1 lb. ground Italian sausage, cooked and drained
- 2 tsp. Shirley J's Pizza/Pasta Seasoning
- 2 boxes of Penne Pasta
- Grated Parmesan
Whisk together Cream soup base and water. Bring to a boil, then add both quarts of Stewed Tomatoes. Add ground italian sausage and pizza/pasta seasoning. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Cook penne pasta until al dente. Drain. Add pasta sauce to the penne, and VOILA!
*Top with Parmesan
*Serve with garlic bread, fresh salad and peas!
