Sweet Crepes

Well, I have to share my excitement! Every Sunday, my HH (hot husband) makes Crepes for breakfast or lunch. We have fresh fruit, whipped cream, crepes, sausage, milk and oj. What a treat it is- it is the only meal he cooks! My HH was a little concerned that we didn't have enough flour to double our batch of crepes, so I had a thought! Why not take the Sweet Roll Mix I had in the cupboard, thin it out with water and see if we can make crepes with that. It had all the same ingredients, and it might taste as good? Guess what! IT WORKED! My kids thought that the Sweet Crepes tasted better than the original recipe- how happy were we! So no more pulling out the eggs, milk, flour, and endless array of goods to make our Sunday crepes. Here you go, my recipe for Sweet Crepes, it's a one bowl job!


SWEET CREPES

2 c. Sweet Roll Mix
2 c. water

Whisk together for a minute or 2, and voila! Heat your range, and start cooking!
This recipe makes about 18 crepes.
