At our cook'n demo today, we had a fabulous time! Great friends, good food and good fun! Here are the recipes!
Mom’s Swedish Meatballs
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- ½ lb. Jimmy Dean reg. Sausage
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 egg
- ½ can tomatoe sauce
- 1 T. Shirley J’s Pizza/Pasta Seasoning Mix
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 10 oz. water
- 2 tsp. Shirley J’s Beef Slow Cooker Seasoning
- Mix all ingredients except for water and beef seasoning.
- Roll meat into balls.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Crockpot on high for 40-60 minutes.
- Then add water and Beef Slow Cooker seasoning and turn crock pot on low for another 1-2 hours!
